MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Office Administration / Reception duties
  • Proven ability to work with Windows based applications and client information databases
  • Experience in working independently as well as part of a dynamic team
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise work, managing competing demands while achieving required goals and time lines
  • Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to Aboriginal culture and history, and current issues affecting lives of Aboriginal people

ABOUT THE POSITION

The ANFPP Administration Officer is required to manage the administrative and reception duties for the ANFPP team. They are generally the first point of access for clients and must present and behave in a manner that promotes and supports the team and access to services.
